Requirements
Proven experience as a Product Manager with a focus on user journeys;
Familiarity with user-centered methodologies (such as Design Thinking) and knowledge of UX/UI to collaborate effectively with designers and create strategic solutions;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences;
Experience using data to make decisions, with knowledge in analyzing product metrics;
Experience with notification services (WhatsApp, Email, SMS, and Voice);
Experience selecting partners for integration into digital products.
