About the role
- Build, prioritize, and refine backlogs (Epics, Features, User Stories, and Tasks)
- Plan and track product roadmaps
- Facilitate sprint refinement (backlog grooming) meetings
- Create, publish, and maintain product documentation, workflows, and architectures in a clear, presentable format for other teams
- Ensure the backlog is visible and transparent to all stakeholders
- Define metrics to monitor project progress
- Review and validate changes together with the Tech Lead, ensuring quality and clear understanding of deliveries
- Collaborate closely with the squad, clarifying questions and providing feedback on work
- Ensure delivery quality
- Ensure efficiency and scalability of monitoring and metrics, taking into account user and business needs
- Improve internal processes
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Business Architect, Product Owner, or similar roles
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and associated tools
- Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps
- Technical understanding of technology solutions and concepts
- English (preferred)
- Azure (a plus)
