About the role
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global marketing strategy aligned with Artificial Labs’ commercial and market growth objectives to position Artificial Labs as a leading technology platform within the insurance market.
- Lead PR, brand and communications strategy for Artificial Labs, ensuring consistent messaging, strong market positioning in insurance technology, and building reputation through corporate communications, media engagement, and thought leadership.
- Align marketing with commercial teams to support client engagement and the insurance enterprise sales cycle through targeted campaigns for insurers, brokers, MGAs, and InsurTech partners.
- Lead product marketing and messaging, translating Artificial Labs’ complex technology into clear market narratives and supporting product launches and platform evolution.
- Oversee end-to-end client engagement, implementing governance and communication structures that support successful delivery and build long-term client partnerships.
- Lead the end-to-end development of data-driven market segmentation strategies and multi-channel integrated campaigns that effectively drive sustainable growth.
- Drive market engagement and ecosystem relationships, partnering with sales to deliver targeted marketing programmes and representing Artificial Labs at industry events and forums.
- Build a marketing analytics capability to track performance, generate market insights, and continuously optimise marketing effectiveness and go-to-market strategy.
- Lead and develop the marketing organisation, building a high-performing team across brand, digital, content, communications, events, and operations while fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
Requirements
- 15+ years of marketing leadership experience, leading strategic marketing functions within insurance, financial services, or InsurTech sectors.
- Strong experience in digital, brand development, corporate communications, demand generation, and product marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing marketing teams.
- Experience collaborating with sales, product, and executive leadership teams in growth-oriented organisations.
- Experience with full ownership of the annual marketing budget, implementing tracking and frameworks to ensure all expenditures meet or exceed defined ROI targets.
- Strong understanding of enterprise marketing strategy and B2B technology go-to-market models.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- The successful candidate should demonstrate strong understanding of Insurance market dynamics, including the needs of insurers, brokers, and MGAs.
- Strategic and commercially minded leader with strong business judgement.
- Credible communicator able to engage effectively with senior executives and industry stakeholders.
- Collaborative and influential leader comfortable working across complex organisations.
- Passionate about driving technology-led transformation within the insurance industry.
