About the role
- Responsible for achieving predetermined sales goals and quotas within assigned territory.
- Establish, build, and maintain customer relations through constant communications and in-person appointments.
- Maintain expert knowledge of market-leading product portfolio.
- Consult with surgeons in the operating room regarding the use of Arthrex products and procedures.
- Increase territory results by building and maintaining strong business relationships and by developing and implementing sales strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Must be comfortable in open operating room environments
- Knowledge of orthopedic procedures and terminology as it specifically relates to Arthrex
- Ability to learn a high level of technical information, anatomy and indications as it relates to surgery and procedures
- Strong public speaking and communication skills
- Ability to work independently, make decisions and take responsibility for them
- Current driver’s license
- Access to your own transportation.
