About the role

  • Identify and research prospective U.S.-based investors, including institutional investors, family offices, RIAs, and other professional capital allocators.
  • Draw on market research, investor databases, and internal resources to source and qualify new business opportunities.
  • Identify and attend key conferences to build Arrow’s Brand.
  • Support Senior Relationship Managers in setting investor coverage strategies, planning roadshows, sharing market intelligence, coordinating touchpoints, and ensuring a unified approach to institutional engagement across key accounts.
  • Together with the Global Head of Consultant Relations, proactively develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective consultants globally, with a goal to raise capital directly and indirectly across Arrow’s product offerings.
  • Build and maintain a structured pipeline of investor relationships.
  • Support ongoing communication with existing investors by responding to investor requests and delivering regular updates and ongoing communication post-investment.
  • Assist with presentations and meeting preparation.
  • Partner with Client & Product Solutions team in leading: **(i) servicing efforts linked to consultants and underlying clients **(ii) presentation and meeting prep and **(iii) ongoing communications post-investment.
  • Track investor & consultant interactions, follow-ups, distribution lists and relationship history in CRM systems.
  • Conduct research on investor profiles, mandates, and allocation strategies
  • Help identify new investor segments and coverage opportunities
  • Attend investor meetings, and industry events as needed
  • Help create white papers and thought leadership pieces.

Requirements

  • 3 to 7 years’ experience in institutional sales, capital raising, or business development, ideally within private markets or alternative investments.
  • Good understanding of the US institutional investor ecosystem, including pension funds, insurance companies, endowments, foundations, and wealth management platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High degree of professionalism, judgment, integrity, and client-service orientation.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented with experience working collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A bias for action, ability to work under pressure, effectively multi-task and adhere to many concurrent deadlines.
