Financial Planning and Analysis

• Support the Central Investment team in identifying, assessing, underwriting, and executing credit and lending investment opportunities.
• Perform rigorous data analysis, including cash flow modelling, securitisation analytics, and assessment of performing and non-performing loan pools.
• Analyse securitisation structures, including tranche-level cash flows, credit enhancements, and risk factors.
• Conduct due diligence on performing and non-performing loan portfolios, reviewing loan-level data, collateral characteristics, and underlying asset risks.
• Build cashflow models to represent expected asset pool cashflow and securitisation financing structures.
• Support deal leads in the structuring, pricing, and execution of complex credit transactions and ensure effective project management.
• Prepare detailed investment memorandums and presentations for senior management and investment committees.
• Develop and maintain relationships with banks, co-investors, brokers, and financial institutions to source and execute off-market and structured investment opportunities.
• Actively participate and collaborate in team meetings, contributing insights on structured finance transactions, real estate-backed credit, and other investment opportunities.
