Build and maintain influential relationships with customers, suppliers and RichardsonRFPD partners creating demand for RichardsonRFPD products
Responsible for a Sales territory: Poland, Czech and Slovakia with possibility to expand in the future
Initiate and schedule regular customer visits with a focus on providing technical solutions to customer designs from the Richardson RFPD supplier Linecard
Create and drive opportunities and product selection within their accounts
Utilize distribution/supplier knowledge to grow market share and sales
Build strong relationships with suppliers and their representatives
Managing designs from conception to production, providing all sales support needed including customer visits, supplier visits and engineering services
Maintain and grow customer database and defined vertical market and applications
Provide reports and market knowledge of territory and growth plans
Attending supplier training events to keep up to date on product technologies and road maps
Requirements
5 years+ of related experience, ideally with a distribution background in the territory defined above
Degree in electronics or related subject
Ability to negotiate and to build relationships at all levels of customers and suppliers
Fluency in English, and Polish+ / Czech language
A knowledge of Salesforce and Oracle would be an advantage
Based in Poland or Czech (job states candidate should be based in Poland or Czech)
