About the role
- Manage a team servicing and supporting business system products within a territory or account list including hardware, document management solutions, and related software
- Select, hire, train, and develop current and new technical representatives
- Address and resolve customer issues timely to achieve complete customer satisfaction
- Oversee warehousing process related to merchandise and inventory
- Develop and educate the team on new technology in an evolving industry
- Hybrid work schedule requiring office presence three days a week and option to work from home remainder of week
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required
- 7 years of related experience and management of typically two or more regular full-time
- Service management experience in the office technology industry
- Hands-on field technical experience with a vast knowledge of electromechanical technology
- Knowledge of Internet, Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, and Oracle is preferred
- Strong communication skills, including the desire to develop and lead a team
- Possess excellent time management skills
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
