About the role

  • Actively visit customers and drive key supplier initiatives to maximize RichardsonRFPD’s design-in content and technical services.
  • Track development projects at each customer and their stages.
  • Coordinate manufacturer and RichardsonRFPD FAE support to maximize new design opportunities.
  • Increase engagement in the account base through RichardsonRFPD’s technical services.
  • Take full ownership of assigned accounts and develop relationships at all customer levels.
  • Conduct frequent on-site visits to maintain visibility and understanding of customer needs.
  • Grow business on assigned accounts to maximize market share, profitability, and design-in profile.
  • Collaborate with Field Application Engineers, Field Marketing, Asset, Business Process Excellence (BPE), customers, and suppliers to expand business.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date account profiles.
  • Develop account strategies and plans based on analysis and deep customer knowledge.
  • Promote RichardsonRFPD’s suppliers proactively and negotiate commercial terms where appropriate.
  • Prioritize time on the largest growth opportunities within the account base.
  • Communicate proactively and use all available resources to ensure smooth operations and maximize return.
  • Understand competitive activities within the account base.

Requirements

  • Strong technical and sales skills with the ability to influence decisions at all customer levels.
  • Knowledge of RF&MW and/or of Power Electronics is a plus.
  • Preferably industry experience in distribution or technical sales.
  • Customer-oriented with strong empathy and communication skills.
  • Excellent prospecting, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Energetic, creative, and results-focused.
  • Analytical and planning skills.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Swedish or Danish is a significant plus.
