About the role
- Review, research, and prepare internal data/reporting utilized for duty drawback and import reconciliation
- Import entry audit
- Managing FTP for entry packets
- Work exception reporting, research and resolve mismatches in broker data to ERP system
- Work cross-functionally to develop/implement systems and process improvements to duty drawback and reconciliation programs
- Support Asset and Sales on Supplier and Customer Drawback.
Requirements
- Experience in import and export rules and regulations
- Duty drawback and reconciliation experience preferred
- Experience working with Oracle, WMS, ACE, and other Supply Chain systems preferred
- Advanced Excel and critical thinking skills
- Detail-Oriented and exceptional organizational skills
- Experience working with small parcel, ocean, air freight, LTL shipments and carriers
- Ability to retrieve, manipulate and present data
- Ability to work well both independently and in a cross functional team environment
- Strong MS Access, PowerPoint, and Excel skills
- 1-2 years of experience of Import/Export Compliance
- Minimum associate's degree
- Viable candidates for this position must be eligible for an export license or be a U.S. Person
