Regional Sales Manager

Engineer

• Assist the Project Manager in coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring manufacturing readiness
• Support the successful execution of multiple manufacturing projects for integrated mechanical and electrical (M&E) fluid cooling systems
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and reporting across a portfolio of manufacturing projects
• Maintain detailed project plans and milestone trackers
• Prepare status reports, meeting minutes, and documentation for stakeholders and customers
• Liaise with production teams to track fabrication status and quality inspections
• Support meetings with client-side project teams and manage communications
• Assist in identifying project risks and support mitigation planning
• Work with logistics and site teams to ensure seamless delivery of systems to regional projects

Project Engineer

Manager

• Develop, refine, and maintain the offering strategy based on macro trends, addressable markets, growth rates, competition analysis, and financial aspirations.
• Conduct Voice of Customer (VOC), Voice of Sales (VOS) and Voice of Partner (VOP) initiatives to inform all elements of offering management.
• Gather and integrate competitive intelligence, market reports, outlooks, and win-loss data to refine the offering strategy for recurring services.
• Create business propositions for capital investment, market growth, and improved market position.
• Engage with strategic industry associations and standards-setting committees relevant to market objectives.
• Develop a series of performance envelope based modular solutions that respond to the needs of fluid flow and heat transfer in buildings.
• Build out the product portfolio prioritized around our focus market segments (district energy, data centers, energy upgrades).
• Operate within the AGILE structure by leading the value stream and securing the resources and support required from the communities to build a business that rapidly transitions to predominantly modular performance solutions set of offerings.
• Work with sales to gather the Voice of Customer to determine the product roadmap.
• Identify and manage the totally market volume (TAM), potential market volume (PAM) and available market volume (SAM) for Modular Performance System globally.
• Define Business Systems operating requirements and functional configuration for successful implementation of the Offering Plan.
• Work with Business Systems Leaders and Operations Leaders to ensure delivery against target market requirements, monitoring metrics and implementing improvement plans.
• Collaborate with Commercial Sales Directors and Operations Leaders to optimize Customer Experience with Quality and Delivery of the Offering.
• Drive the marketing and communication program for the offering, including awareness, consideration, hit rate, and conversion, working with Corporate Marketing and Communications team.
• Work with Sales to ensure the right multi-channel model maximizes reach and profitability, continuously improving channel model structure and incentives.
• Execute the Annual Business Plan and initiate real-time adjustments to ensure delivery of financial results.
• Collaborate with Commercial Sales Directors and Operations to achieve plan revenue, standard margin, and contribution goals globally.
• Maintain all product support materials, including selection and analysis engines, training principles, technical submittals, and installation/operation instructions.
• Manage the lifecycle of offerings, including owning launch quality and timelines, adoption, renewal of recurring services, ongoing price management and obsolescence.
• Provide annual plan input and direction to functional teams across the organization to meet Offering Category requirements.

Offering Manager, Modular Performance Systems

• Lead the marketing and sale of Armstrong branded fire products throughout the US market.
• Develop Sales Representative Network: Identify and hire Tier 1 and Tier 2 sales representatives in each major market.
• Ensure reps are fully onboarded and trained in Armstrong products and services.
• Constantly evaluate and source new rep agencies.
• Develops, trains, motivates, and supervises the distribution network in the region.
• Collaborate with the national sales team to identify and pursue new opportunities.
• Work with industrial design consultants to develop new applications such as; oil and gas, pulp and paper, mining, refining, natural gas.
• Design Envelope Fire solution acceptance by design, construct, and approval authorities, such as: FIRE Marshals, Insurance underwriters, service and test organizations.
• Identify and develop other new sectors that require strategic leveraging points to be engaged that would be outside of the normal sales cycle and regional sale distribution planning.
• Set and work towards annual sales targets for bookings, shipments and margin.
• Manage the proposal and quotation process in conjunction with technical expertise in the Regional Sales Enablement Center.
• Manage sales expenses within the budget.
• Participate and represent Armstrong in the fire industry through presence in industry events, webinars, trade shows and other vehicles.
• Work with Marketing and Communications to identify opportunities to improve our market presence including online materials, collateral and public speaking opportunities.
• Assists in the training and development of all channels of distribution on a broad range of sales and marketing topics such as: product feature and benefit presentations, technical presentations, fundamental selling skills, public speaking, computer training, ACE selection software.

National Sales Manager, Fire

• Own and execute regional service sales strategy and achieve bookings, sales and margin targets
• Build and manage a funnel of sales opportunities for Lifecycle Services by aligning closely with Regional Sales Managers and Armstrong Representatives
• Collaborate with Key Accounts owners to ensure that Lifecycle Services are integral to the KAM plans for Owners, Armstrong Representatives, Agents, Consulting Engineers, Contractors and other value chain stakeholders
• Collaborate with National Field Service Manager to support an existing network of Armstrong Solution Providers (ASP) as a key channel for field services, digital services, energy upgrade and optimization
• Collaborate with the Offering Manager, Armstrong Platform & Ecosystem to build a new sales channel of Control Distributors/Representatives for control and optimization solutions
• Own key account plans for major ASP. Build call plans and sales activities associated with increasing services sales to or through these accounts
• Work closely with Armstrong Aftermarket Services to ensure that opportunities identified by technicians are followed through to close
• Actively participate with Offering Managers to build and enhance service offers based on feedback from customers
• Utilize Armstrong CRM tool every day to track activities and opportunities
• Timely and professionally handle field service calls and issues arising from the field service visits
• Travel to customer sites and conduct troubleshooting and analysis on all Armstrong products including start-ups for Design Envelope equipment, configured building equipment, controls systems, central plants, and remote monitoring for system performance assurance.
• Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement corrective actions
• Facilitate on-site training seminars for representatives and customers.
• Maintain customer service relationship through customer phone support, on-site service visits and system commissioning activities.
• Initiate Service Warranty claims for processing through the Armstrong service management system
• Assist in the handling of the returned goods process
• Participate in the qualification/supervision of third-party service representatives
• Create and maintain service information in the company enterprise database
• Ensure personal and team’s utilization targets are met
