About the role
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and schedule appointments for senior leadership.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and conference registrations.
- Prepare, format, and edit Microsoft Office documents (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Process expense reports accurately and on time.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors and manage inbound and outbound communications.
- Provide event planning and logistical support for internal and external meetings.
- Support meeting preparation by coordinating agendas, developing PowerPoint materials, and assisting with special projects and leadership offsites.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, supporting executives or senior business leaders.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Workday, Egencia, or similar expense and travel platforms.
- Exceptional organization and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong written and verbal skills.
- Ability to work independently while exercising discretion maintaining comfortable supporting senior executives and leadership teams across multiple time zones.
- Adaptable and effective in a fast-paced environment.
