About the role
- Work collaboratively with a diverse set of colleagues to serve clients in financial due diligence
- Conduct Financial Due Diligence, including preparation of Quality of Earnings reports and balance sheet reviews
- Prepare financial statements in connection with acquisitions, carve-outs, proposed sale transactions, restatements, etc.
- Assist the Manager with buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements
- Analyze target company data to identify historical and projected financial and operating trends
- Create and design tailored transaction advisory reports specific to key issues
- Lead and manage projects while coordinating directly with clients
- Supervise and mentor staff
Requirements
- BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or another Business-related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a public accounting firm and operational accounting role
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- CPA is preferred
- A strong and up-to date knowledge of US GAAP
