About the role
- Source, Develop & Win Armanino Technology Consulting Services engagements focused on AI.\n
- Demonstrated experience generating, identifying, qualifying and pursuing your own leads to successful conclusions with a strong hunter mentality as well as working firm generated opportunities; Must be able to manage all aspects of sales for new business opportunities from prospecting and scoping through proposal writing and contract negotiations.\n
- Aggressively research, identify and qualify leads.\n
- Continuously build and maintain a robust pipeline and opportunities.\n
- Provide leadership to peer team members to strategize on sales cycles, go to market activities and industry initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related or data science fields.\n
- Strong knowledge of Accounting or Finance, a strong plus.\n
- Minimum 7 years of experience selling Technology Consulting / Implementation services with strong Solution Selling foundation.\n
- Direct Sales experience, including quotas, transaction volume and managing sales activities (calls, demos, meetings, etc.).\n
- Experience selling to Private Equity and Venture Capital firms, their portfolio companies, and to prospective clients with annual revenues of $25-$500 million a significant plus.\n
- Able to develop, manage and execute targeted sales plan.\n
- Proven track record of exceeding sales objective and territory/account development.\n
- Demonstrate prospecting and qualifying sales potential over the phone and web, building a large number of prospects in the sales pipeline and closing.\n
- Ability to learn Consulting solutions quickly and efficiently, including the value of digital transformation and competitive advantages of Armanino’s approach.\n
- Ability to present compelling propositions to an executive-level audience.\n
- Experience with selling professional services in one or several of following industries: Technology, Not for Profit, Professional Services and/or Real estate strongly preferred.\n
- Highly proficient use of CRM, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.\n
- Track record of success in selling Technology (AI, ERP, CRM, FP&A, BI, …) solutions.\n
- Microsoft's AI ecosystem knowledge —including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure AI services, Copilot for Sales, Dynamics 365 Copilot, and Microsoft Fabric—while also leveraging AI capabilities within Workday and Sage Intacct to create comprehensive workplace transformation solutions.\n
- Knows how to build and convey a compelling business case to buyers and influencers at multiple levels in the client’s organization, including CFO, CEO and Board-level setting.\n
- Actively participate in marketing initiatives to generate leads including webinars, trade shows, industry events, etc.\n
- Effectively communicate and build ongoing relationships with prospects, clients and personnel via telephone, email, networking and in-person.\n
- Strong track record of building relationships with Centers of Influence (Private Equity, Venture Capital, Software Companies, …).\n
- Travel (20-25%) may be required.
