About the role
- Serve as the primary champion of process safety, including management of change (MOC), PSM compliance, hazard analyses, and emergency response planning.
- Oversee all plant production activities to meet quality, volume, and delivery targets set forth by Supply Chain
- Lead and mentor plant leadership team, supervisors, operators, maintenance, and technical staff.
- Direct preventative and predictive maintenance programs for critical equipment.
Requirements
- 15 years experience in chemical manufacturing, with at least 5 years in plant or operations leadership
- BS in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or related field
