Call Center Representative

• Answer inbound calls and assist with customer questions and requests
• Provide order status, shipping updates, and basic product/parts guidance
• Create and update cases/tickets and document all call notes accurately
• Verify customer information and update contact details when needed
• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department
• Follow call scripts, service standards, and compliance guidelines
• Meet quality and productivity expectations (accuracy, professionalism, timeliness)
• Coordinate with operations/shipping for resolution and follow-up

Data Entry

• Create shipping labels using carrier portals and internal shipping tools
• Enter and verify shipment details (weight, dimensions, addresses, service level)
• Match orders to packing slips and confirm quantities/part numbers
• Update shipment status, tracking numbers, and delivery notes in the system
• Review exceptions (address issues, duplicates, invalid ZIP codes) and correct errors
• Maintain digital shipping documentation and organize records
• Communicate issues to shipping, customer service, or dispatch teams
• Follow SOPs for data accuracy, confidentiality, and record retention

Shipping Label Data Entry Clerk

• Create and maintain product records (SKU/part number, descriptions, specs)
• Update attributes such as dimensions, weight, materials, and compatibility notes
• Standardize naming conventions and ensure consistent formatting
• Validate data against source documents (vendor sheets, spec sheets, internal notes)
• Support category organization and product mapping in ERP/CRM systems
• Run routine audits to identify duplicates, missing fields, or outdated information
• Coordinate corrections with purchasing, parts, and operations teams
• Maintain documentation for data standards and updates
