• Research and resolve billing discrepancies by reviewing documentation and communicating with internal teams

Billing Data Entry Specialist

• Enter inventory transactions (receipts, transfers, adjustments) accurately into the inventory/ERP system
• Maintain item master data (part numbers, descriptions, units of measure, locations) under supervision
• Review and verify documentation (packing slips, receiving logs, internal requests) before entry
