Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including quotation processing, procurement, logistics, and delivery
Coordinate with Sales and Service teams to process RFQs from customers
Perform costing analysis, including appropriate margin calculation for proposals and quotes
Raise purchase orders with the factory for procurement of goods as per customer orders
Oversee logistics activities from the factory to customer destinations in the Middle East and India
Ensure smooth processing of shipments, including handling of Letter of Credit and understanding regulatory compliance for cross-border transactions
Manage import clearance procedures in the destination countries in coordination with local CHA
Ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction through proactive supply chain monitoring and communication

Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferable in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain - Import/Exports& Purchase
Strong knowledge of Letter of Credit, logistics operations, and import/export compliance
Proficient in MS Office, ERP systems and basic financial calculations for costing
Experience working in the Middle East and/or Indian markets
Excellent coordination and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
