Provide preventative maintenance and repair on Arjo’s medical equipment on-site at hospitals in southeast-Michigan and northwest-Ohio
Apply a detailed understanding of electromechanical systems and required tools and processes
Focus on high-quality equipment service and building customer relationships
Assist the Sales team in marketing company equipment (joint calls, in-services, sales leads, demo and trade show set-up, etc)
Grow Service Contracts revenue through service contracts and renewal of existing service contracts
Align with health and safety codes and procedures
Complete and submit accurate reporting
Manage spare parts inventory
Daily driving to customer locations (20-30% overnight travel)

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required
(Associate’s Degree in an Electrical or Mechanical field preferred)
Repair and maintenance experience with electromechanical equipment
Electrical and mechanical assembly
Training and/or certifications preferred
Sales experience a plus
Ability to read and understand mechanical and electrical schematics
Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and have a clear driving record
Lift up to 30 pounds and push/pull 75 pounds
