About the role
- Lead development of Arine's letter management platform, owning strategy, design, processes, and long-term roadmap.
- Build near-term processes to triage letter customization requests from clients and deliver efficiency and productivity gains.
- Master and optimize end-to-end letter generation and delivery workflows; identify bottlenecks and drive automation and configuration tooling.
- Gather user feedback, analyze usage data, and collaborate with clinical and technical teams to improve workflows and user satisfaction.
- Contribute to product roadmap prioritization focused on efficiency, automation, and configurability of letter management.
- Collaborate closely with client support and clinical experts to ensure letter content and workflow improvements enhance efficiency and reduce development costs.
- Define clear, actionable requirements for engineering to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Balance features, schedules, and resources to meet business goals while optimizing letter management.
Requirements
- 3+ years in product management or related roles, preferably with experience in workflow automation or content management platforms within healthcare software products and services.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze, design, and optimize complex workflows, driving measurable improvements in efficiency and client satisfaction, specifically in document or letter generation.
- Understanding of the U.S. healthcare ecosystem, particularly regarding patient and provider communication.
- Comfortable with technology, development processes, and product strategy, with an understanding of scalable platform solutions.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with experience presenting to both technical and business stakeholders.
- Eagerness to understand user challenges and deliver solutions that make their work easier and more impactful.
- Proven ability to work independently in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Experience in both software product management and clinical pharmacy applications (nice to have).
- Skills in interface and user experience design (nice to have).
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts and applications (nice to have).
- Startup experience (nice to have).
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Must live in and be eligible to work in the United States.
- Travel up to 10%.
