General Counsel

• Represent Legal as a strong business partner that helps build a strong and sustainable business and enables risk-appropriate decision-making
• Provide strategic, tactical and operational legal and business insight on the commercial launch of argenx product candidates
• Advise on programs, initiatives, engagements, and materials, related to sales, marketing, market access, non-promotional education activities, patient engagement and scientific exchange

Legal Counsel

Director

• Serve as scientific expert and pharmacovigilance resource to external and internal partners
• Act as point of contact for pharmacovigilance in the assigned country/region
• Support the Head of Regional PV in the harmonization of processes across the regions
• Establish and maintain the applicable pharmacovigilance system specific to the country/region
• Promote increased awareness of and ensure compliance with pharmacovigilance obligations
• Participate in health authority interactions throughout the product life-cycle as needed
• Develop relationships with cross functional teams and with business partners as it relates to adverse event reporting and other pharmacovigilance activities

Associate Director, Pharmacovigilance

Events

• Assist in organizing national and regional meetings
• Coordinate logistics including venue selection, vendor management, travel arrangements, and on-site support
• Ensure all events adhere to compliance standards (e.g., PhRMA,) and internal guidelines
• Support budget tracking and reconciliation for assigned events
• Prepare post-event reports, including attendee feedback and cost analysis

Manager, Internal Meetings – Events

• Oversee and coordinate the maintenance of and updates to the global safety database for all argenx products, new programs including reporting rules and system validation
• Lead GPS collaboration with Safety vendor on initial and ongoing Safety database configurations and assess impact and risk on changes applied
• Develop and implement procedural documents such as Job Aides, Work instructions, forms and templates related to safety data management and systems maintenance
• Collaborate and co-create with global argenx functions (e.g. Medical Information, Data Management, Business Information Systems, Quantitative Science) in regards to pharmacovigilance technical roadmap, setup and operations
• Keep team and self updated on applicable regulatory and PV tech guidelines and regulations and provide targeted trainings as applicable

Director, Safety Data – Systems

Medical Director

• Provide expert medical input to guide clinical development, comprehensive evidence generation, launch planning and brand plan execution in relevant indications
• Develop and execute ambitious short-term and long-term medical strategies, as key elements of the integrated data generation plan and brand plan
• Accountable for the alignment of all global medical affairs activities in partnership with other cross-functional members of the Indication Development Team
