Associate Director, US Commercial Insights – Rheumatology

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and define the US insights strategy and learning agenda
- Proactively identify key business questions and shape decision-making across the rheumatology portfolio
- Act as a strategic thought partner to cross-functional and senior leadership
- Define the insights roadmap and ensure insights are translated into actionable recommendations
- Partner with cross-functional and global commercialization partners to identify market intelligence needs
- Ensure methodological rigor and best practices across all qual & quant, primary & secondary research activities
- Synthesize insights across multiple data sources to deliver a unified, integrated view of the market
Requirements
What you’ll need- BA or BS, Advanced Degree preferred
- 7-10 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare market insights or relevant commercial functions
- Demonstrated expertise conducting primary market research, preferably in rare disease
- Expertise in a broad range of qualitative and quantitative market research methodologies required.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to effectively define business issues and recommendations
- Launch experience in rare disease and/or rheumatology a plus
- Familiarity with leading pharma industry commercial vendors and data sources
