About the role
- You are the interface between team members and clients, with a focus on freelancer recruiting
- You support Sales in filling projects with internal and external staff
- You proactively search for external IT experts for our company on suitable recruiting platforms and get in touch with them
- You screen profiles and conduct initial interviews
- You secure candidates through professional relationship management for long-term collaboration
- You handle administrative tasks in day-to-day operations (e.g., contract preparation, data maintenance, etc.)
- You actively source and approach candidates for service contracts, work contracts (Werkvertrag), and temporary employment/employee leasing contracts (Arbeitnehmerüberlassung)
Requirements
- You have experience in freelancer recruiting or in recruitment/placement, ideally in the IT sector
- You have knowledge of choosing contract types—especially service contracts, work contracts (Werkvertrag), and temporary employment/employee leasing contracts
- Initial sales experience is not required—enthusiasm for the role and a desire to develop are what matter most to us!
- You can work on-site a few days a week in our office in East Munich
- You are interested in innovative IT topics
- You have very good interpersonal insight, and are open and communicative
- You are highly organized, structured, and work independently
- You are a passionate networker and inspire people with your empathetic and outgoing manner
- Professional and friendly demeanor come naturally to you
- You have excellent German and English skills
