- Drive projects to make processes smarter and more scalable, refining structures and leveraging data.
Requirements
- 3+ years of talent acquisition experience, with exposure to product, hardware, or engineering-related roles in high-growth environments.
- A strong grasp of the full recruitment lifecycle, with proven success in partnering with hiring teams to secure hard-to-find talent.
- Comfort using data and insights to drive process improvements and influence stakeholders.
- Experience aligning recruiting strategies with business priorities and team growth goals.
- Curiosity and eagerness to explore new tools, automation, and employer branding initiatives to enhance recruiting impact.
- Strong business English skills, German language is a plus.
