About the role

  • Manage the entire HR administration cycle (employment contracts, time tracking, employment law matters, etc.)
  • Perform preparatory payroll and salary processing in collaboration with an external payroll provider
  • Prepare HR reports, personnel statistics and analyses
  • Support and advise managers and employees on all operational and personnel-related matters
  • Act as a contact person for authorities, social insurance agencies, pension funds and other external parties
  • Support recruiting activities
  • Organize and document training and development measures for employees
  • Work closely with park management and other internal stakeholders such as HR colleagues, employees and managers
  • Review invoices for completeness and accuracy
  • Handle daily financial closings (revenues and payment methods)
  • Manage and process orders, delivery notes and inventory movements in the inventory management/ERP system
  • Manage and monitor the cash register and prepare cash reconciliations/closures
  • Archive documents and forward invoices to accounting
  • Assist with inventories and spot checks and prepare related reports
  • Provide support to colleagues in other areas

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience in Human Resources and/or an administrative role, ideally in the service or hospitality sector
  • Completed commercial vocational training or a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a comparable qualification (career changers with relevant experience are also welcome)
  • Confident user of common MS Office applications, especially Excel
  • Structured, careful and independent working style with high quality standards
  • Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and a solution-oriented, positive attitude
  • High degree of reliability, integrity and discretion when handling sensitive data
  • Friendly, open and service-oriented personality with a genuine enjoyment of working with people
  • Professional demeanor, strong interpersonal skills and team spirit
  • Excellent Danish and English skills, spoken and written; German skills are an advantage
