About the role
- Manage the entire HR administration cycle (employment contracts, time tracking, employment law matters, etc.)
- Perform preparatory payroll and salary processing in collaboration with an external payroll provider
- Prepare HR reports, personnel statistics and analyses
- Support and advise managers and employees on all operational and personnel-related matters
- Act as a contact person for authorities, social insurance agencies, pension funds and other external parties
- Support recruiting activities
- Organize and document training and development measures for employees
- Work closely with park management and other internal stakeholders such as HR colleagues, employees and managers
- Review invoices for completeness and accuracy
- Handle daily financial closings (revenues and payment methods)
- Manage and process orders, delivery notes and inventory movements in the inventory management/ERP system
- Manage and monitor the cash register and prepare cash reconciliations/closures
- Archive documents and forward invoices to accounting
- Assist with inventories and spot checks and prepare related reports
- Provide support to colleagues in other areas
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in Human Resources and/or an administrative role, ideally in the service or hospitality sector
- Completed commercial vocational training or a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a comparable qualification (career changers with relevant experience are also welcome)
- Confident user of common MS Office applications, especially Excel
- Structured, careful and independent working style with high quality standards
- Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and a solution-oriented, positive attitude
- High degree of reliability, integrity and discretion when handling sensitive data
- Friendly, open and service-oriented personality with a genuine enjoyment of working with people
- Professional demeanor, strong interpersonal skills and team spirit
- Excellent Danish and English skills, spoken and written; German skills are an advantage
