Strategic Content & Campaign Manager

Project Manager

• Independently support and assist in driving the facilitation of one or more strategic initiatives, encompassing the definition, planning, orchestration, and realization of a given strategic initiative and/or business outcome
• Facilitate and support the management of resources, scope, scope changes, timelines, risks, and issues, making use of sound technical judgment and thorough, practicable solutions
• Establish, monitor, and assist in steering the team to accomplish milestones in alignment with the business case and program/project objectives
• Spearhead comprehensive reporting on the progress of the program/project to key stakeholders
• Identify, escalate, and expertly mitigate project risks, issues, and resource constraints/challenges, clearly communicating the impact to the project

Manager

• Establishing and overseeing the testing process from beginning to end, leveraging testing services and automation tools.
• Implement and maintain the automated test strategy and plans to ensure software quality.
• Configure, deploy, and manage adoption of Playwright and Selenium for automated test cases.
• Assist in the development of automated test scripts built in Typescript for regression test suites on strategic platforms and applications.
• Recommend new tools, techniques and methodologies needed to enhance productivity and quality.
• Document and demonstrate solutions to development and test teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
• Work closely with Project Managers, Product Owners, and Business Architects to understand product requirements and define test coverage.
• Analyze testability of project requirements.
• Oversee the execution of test cases, both manual and automated, and ensure they are completed on time.
• Calculate high level testing resource estimate based on project size, complexity and duration.
• Supports test script development and the optimization of those scripts.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of test plans, test cases, and defect reports.
• Ensure defects are identified, tracked, and managed efficiently
• Provide regular updates on test progress, risks, and quality metrics to stakeholders.
• Lead post-release/ post-implementation testing review to gather insights and drive improvements.

IT Test Automation Manager

Customer Support

• Act as the primary liaison between external customers and internal stakeholders
• Manage and maintain strong customer relationships and serve as the voice of the customer
• Accurate order entry, contract application, and price confirmation management
• Solicit customer orders based on trends and inventory
• Coordinate with mill schedulers, transportation, sales and supply chain to meet customer expectations
• Create and foster positive customer relationships through daily/weekly interaction and professional service
• Acquire and maintain customer insight/information and communicate to the business
• Resolve customer incidents and track relationships using the Incident Management Process
• Track and communicate short-term changes in customer demand and escalate as appropriate

Customer Service Representative

Systems Engineer

• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve incidents related to the D365 platform
• Coordinate with the business users, and IT teams, to ensure timely and effective resolution of incidents and small enhancements, minimizing the impact on the business operations.
• Monitor and report on the incident management metrics, such as incident volume, severity, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
• Document the incident details, root causes, and solutions, and maintain the incident management database and knowledge base.
• Provide incident management support for the D365 platform enhancements, upgrades, and migrations.
• Identify and implement preventive measures and best practices to reduce the occurrence and severity of incidents.
• Provide training and guidance to the business users and IT teams on the D365 platform functionality and incident management processes.
• Provide comprehensive support throughout the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and documentation to testing, deployment, and post-implementation evaluation.
