Account Executive

• Drive product adoption within targeted dialysis organizations, hospital-based dialysis programs, large physician groups, Veterans Affairs (VA) facilities and Indian Health Services (IHS)
• Build and maintain detailed account profiles
• Develop a deep understanding of dialysis-administered therapies
• Evaluate the unique clinical, operational, and economic needs of dialysis providers
• Engage dialysis clinic administrators, medical directors, pharmacy leaders, formulary decision makers
• Develop and execute account-specific business plans for all target accounts
• Work collaboratively with Zone Directors, Area Business Directors, MSLs, and other field and cross-functional colleagues
• Partner with National Key Account Director and Managed Markets leadership

Key Account Director, Nephrology

Director

• Develop and execute KOL engagement strategy by identifying, profiling, cultivating and maintaining long-term relationships with KOLs in the field and at key congresses
• Manage speaker’s bureau, congresses, and recommend faculty and advisors for advisory boards
• Assist with thought leader development, including training and coaching of promotional speakers with approved slide decks and materials
• Attend live and virtual HCP programming to observe, coach, and help the speaker where necessary to ensure compliant execution of content
• Conduct business discussions with thought leaders relating to on-label product information, disease state, and general corporate overviews
• Plan and execute strategic key thought leader engagements at local, regional, and national conferences
• Gain and record insights from thought leaders and provide feedback – to enhance and optimize marketing strategies/tactics
• Work with the Marketing team on new content creation and existing content updates, as well as new programing ideas
• Collaborate with Commercial team on large group practice engagement
• Work collaboratively with marketing, sales, medical affairs, and market access on strategic thought leader initiatives

Associate Director, Thought Leader Liaison – Nephrology

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight to a national team of zone access managers (ZAMs)
• Ensure patient access to company products by developing and executing access and reimbursement strategies
• Educate healthcare providers (HCPs) on coverage and coding
• Resolve access barriers within a complex healthcare landscape
• Serve as a key subject matter expert on the payer landscape
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to align field activities with overall brand and business objectives
• Hire, train, and develop a high performing ZAM team
• Maintain deep expertise in the dynamic regional and local access and payer landscape
