Collaborate with Product and Account Managers to align resource allocation with project priorities and career development. Monitor workloads, address and resolve blockers, and ensure the team adheres to best practices and standards. Facilitate communication within your team and with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Build, develop, and lead a highly engaged and performing team. Conduct regular one-on-one meetings to discuss career progression and performance, providing continuous and constructive feedback, and championing your team's successes. Lead formal performance reviews and advocate for your team's compensation and promotion recommendations. Cultivate an inclusive, collaborative, and psychologically safe environment. Mediate interpersonal conflicts, organize team-building activities, and ensure your team members feel connected to our company's culture and values. Assess your team's skills, identify gaps, and collaborate with the People Team on hiring and training initiatives. Support technical candidate assessment and the recruitment process. Manage team capacity and forecast future hiring needs to support our project pipeline. In partnership with Product and Account Managers, align resource allocation with project priorities and career development. Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans for your team, ensuring they understand their responsibilities. Monitor workloads, address and resolve blockers, and ensure the team adheres to best practices and standards. Facilitate communication within your team and with stakeholders. Report on key team metrics to leadership.
