Lead the delivery of technical teams operating at business scale through product and technology releases
Be responsible for architecture review, ensuring technical initiatives are prioritized and collaborating on the design of new and existing solutions

Be responsible, together with the Group Product Manager or Product Manager, for defining, planning and tracking objectives and initiatives for the current quarter
Be responsible for the continuous improvement of team efficiency using DORA and engineering metrics
Be responsible for the quality, security, operations and observability of developed solutions — not only development (software engineering)
Collaborate with other engineering teams to identify root causes and resolve any production issues
Understand, share and document processes and flows, and contribute to decentralizing knowledge
Foster a collaborative, team-oriented work culture
Contribute to the development of team members by promoting technology and engineering best practices
Requirements
Strong communication skills
Experience as an Engineering Manager
Experience with agile practices and delivery management
Ability to use data and metrics to align the team and the company
Experience managing multidisciplinary software development teams, acting as a “leader of leaders” for squads
Relevant experience in planning, developing and delivering scalable software solutions
Understanding of solution architecture to ensure output quality and high technical capability of solutions and the team
Experience with automation practices and defining software quality strategies would be a plus
Experience with relational and non-relational databases would be a plus
Experience with monitoring tools (Grafana, Datadog, Google Cloud Logging) would be a plus
Experience in dynamic digital environments, especially startups
