Lead high-impact partner programs that strengthen relationships and elevate the partner experience
Own strategy and execution for flagship engagement programs, including Partner Jam (Global Partner Week), Partner Advisory Council, and Partner Champions Club
Align cross-functional and executive stakeholders across Channel, Product, Customer Success, and Sales to drive cohesive event strategy, content, and follow-up
Deliver consistent, high-impact partner experiences through thoughtful planning, communication, and vendor management
Manage and report on program budgets to ensure investments deliver measurable partner and business results
Partner with the Lifecycle & GTM Manager to translate lifecycle strategy into actionable engagement programs and communications
Leverage engagement data and insights to grow Arctic Wolf’s most committed partners and inform benefit design, channel growth strategy, and program investments
Design exclusive experiences that recognize and engage top-performing partners while reinforcing the value of partnership
Share best practices globally to ensure consistency, scalability, and innovation across partner types and regions.
Requirements
5-7+ years proven experience in B2B field or partner marketing
Comfortable leveraging marketing automation tools and Salesforce to build campaigns and track performance
Must be willing and able to travel up to 20%, namely to Partner events
Exceptional communication and executive presence, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders across functions and levels
Deep channel acumen, including partner business models, profitability levers, go-to-market strategies, and engagement best practices
Analytical and data-driven, skilled at interpreting performance metrics, extracting insights, and applying continuous improvement.
Highly organized and proactive, with excellent prioritization, project management, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity across Salesforce, PRM platforms, and marketing automation tools.
