About the role

  • Lead high-impact partner programs that strengthen relationships and elevate the partner experience
  • Own strategy and execution for flagship engagement programs, including Partner Jam (Global Partner Week), Partner Advisory Council, and Partner Champions Club
  • Align cross-functional and executive stakeholders across Channel, Product, Customer Success, and Sales to drive cohesive event strategy, content, and follow-up
  • Deliver consistent, high-impact partner experiences through thoughtful planning, communication, and vendor management
  • Manage and report on program budgets to ensure investments deliver measurable partner and business results
  • Partner with the Lifecycle & GTM Manager to translate lifecycle strategy into actionable engagement programs and communications
  • Leverage engagement data and insights to grow Arctic Wolf’s most committed partners and inform benefit design, channel growth strategy, and program investments
  • Design exclusive experiences that recognize and engage top-performing partners while reinforcing the value of partnership
  • Share best practices globally to ensure consistency, scalability, and innovation across partner types and regions.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years proven experience in B2B field or partner marketing
  • Comfortable leveraging marketing automation tools and Salesforce to build campaigns and track performance
  • Must be willing and able to travel up to 20%, namely to Partner events
  • Exceptional communication and executive presence, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders across functions and levels
  • Deep channel acumen, including partner business models, profitability levers, go-to-market strategies, and engagement best practices
  • Analytical and data-driven, skilled at interpreting performance metrics, extracting insights, and applying continuous improvement.
  • Highly organized and proactive, with excellent prioritization, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity across Salesforce, PRM platforms, and marketing automation tools.
