About the role
- Serve as the primary point of contact for municipal government customers, building trusted relationships and ensuring long-term satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue account growth opportunities through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic planning to maximize customer value.
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with customers to ensure successful adoption of Archistar’s solutions and alignment with client goals.
- Coordinate technical support by triaging customer issues, managing expectations, and ensuring timely resolution with internal teams.
- Analyze account performance, usage trends, and client feedback to identify improvement opportunities and inform product development.
- Work cross-functionally with overseas sales, product and delivery teams to achieve customer outcomes.
- Identify and pursue account growth opportunities through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic planning to maximize customer value.
- Monitor customer satisfaction, lead renewal processes, and implement proactive strategies to retain and grow high-value accounts.
- Analyze account performance, usage trends, and client feedback to identify improvement opportunities and inform product development.
Requirements
- 15+ years of professional experience
- 5+ years of experience in account management, customer-facing delivery or sales.
- 5+ years of experience working for or with municipal and/or provincial governments.
- A strong understanding of the real estate development and building permitting process and related, enabling technologies.
- Experience working in an agile, scale-up culture., ideally within SaaS or government technology environments.
- A strong track record of managing and growing complex customer accounts, with experience working with municipal or government clients (highly desirable).
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and the ability to track, prioritize, and manage multiple customer issues and timelines (desirable).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships, deliver engaging presentations, and manage customer expectations with empathy and professionalism.
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
- Logical, process-oriented thinker with organizational skills, demonstrated success developing and executing account plans, and the ability to lead cross-functionally teams to drive customer success.
- Ability to work effectively with overseas colleagues.
- Self-starter, quick learner and comfortable working independently.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Engineering, Technology, or a related field, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
