About the role

  • Manage projects, working with a high degree of independence.
  • Work closely with Team Lead to create and implement strategic communication plans that meet client goals.
  • Manage daily client communications and serve as the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to optimize campaigns and drive growth within existing client accounts.
  • Contribute to the creation of media materials, such as press releases, pitches, and briefing documents.
  • Monitor media coverage and deliver regular reports and analyses to clients.
  • Help coordinate events, press conferences, and media interviews.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their skill development and expertise.
  • Support new business pitches by conducting research, preparing presentation materials, and participating in client meetings.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in a PR agency or related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of the English language.
  • Experience working with education, consumer, health tech clients is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to support and execute communication strategies across various media channels.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining positive client relationships.
  • Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
