About the role

  • Provide second-line support for Arch products, resolving hardware, software and network issues
  • Assist customers in diagnosing and resolving technical (hardware, software & network) problems related to Arch products
  • Travel to clients' sites to troubleshoot and fix issues
  • Work overtime/standby and weekends when required
  • Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and deliver customer service

Requirements

  • A+ & N+ qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years’ IT industry experience
  • Prior retail/POS knowledge/experience advantageous
  • Valid driving license and own vehicle required
  • Flexibility to work overtime, standby and/or weekends
  • Willingness to travel to clients' sites
  • Passion for customer service and problem solving
