About the role

  • Collaborate closely with Advisory Leadership to strengthen Arcadis’ presence in the utility technology arena.
  • Support the growth and delivery of consulting services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, executives, partners, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Serve as a strategic liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.
  • Support utility clients in planning and executing AMI or other utility technology implementations.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, financial performance, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Lead and direct applicable user training and system testing activities.
  • Coach project personnel and promote best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, a related discipline or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ Years of progressive experience in the utility industry.
  • Strong understanding of AMI, meter-to-cash processes, and utility business practices.
  • Experience working with large water utilities—along with electric and gas utilities—is strongly preferred.
