About the role
- Act as a key point of contact for employees & line managers on people issues
- Provide support to line managers on disciplinary, grievance, performance management & investigations
- Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to provide a wide range of People Services
- Coach line managers to manage the employment relationship effectively
- Analyze exit interviews and employee surveys
Requirements
- Academic degree (preferably in human resources)
- Minimum of 4 years of progressive (human resources) experience
- Strong employee relations experience in high volume environments
- Excellent attention to detail
- Capacity to understand how people issues impact the business
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
