About the role
- Provide national perspective to understand current conditions, emerging client needs, regulatory drivers, technology advancements and other factors influencing the market.
- Collaborate with global, national and regional leaders to develop and implement strategic plans to grow Arcadis’s Resilience Water Planning Practice.
- Lead programs nationally and throughout Ohio.
- Technical advisor/reviewer for water quality and treatment work – PFAS, microplastics, HABs/algae, pilot testing, modeling, legionella, emerging contaminants, GAC/biofiltration.
- Research work including AWWA and water research foundation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in the water industry, with a focus on water planning, applied research and LCRR/LCRI
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field (preferred).
- 15 years of experience in the water industry, with a focus on water planning, applied research and LCRR/LCRI (preferred).
- Professional certification such as Professional Engineer, Certified Water Operator or Project Management Professional (preferred).
