About the role

  • Direct the design development from initial concept through construction
  • Act as the primary project coordinator across multiple disciplines
  • Apply deep knowledge of building codes, accessibility standards, and design philosophies
  • Review and approve architectural drawings, construction details, and technical documentation
  • Contribute to business development activities

Requirements

  • Licensed Architect (OAA Member)
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in designing and leading healthcare projects
  • Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and BIM workflows preferred
  • Deep knowledge of building materials, structural integration, mechanical/electrical coordination, and construction methodologies
  • Strong presentation, communication, organizational and team building skills
  • Business development experience is an asset
