Requirements

12+ years of professional experience, with deep expertise in o9 Solutions and at least 5+ years in a Solution Architect role for o9 implementations
Experience in supply chain planning domains such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Production Planning, and S&OP
Proven ability to configure, customize, and integrate o9 platforms to deliver scalable, business-driven solutions
Strategic mindset with experience designing solutions that balance business efficiency, system performance, security, and compliance
Comfortable managing senior stakeholders, and can confidently communicate and guide teams through design, implementation, and testing phases
Adept at translating business requirements into functional specifications, ensuring solutions meet business needs and align with the client’s strategic goals
Expert in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with technical, functional, and business teams to ensure successful deployment
Thrive in a fast-paced environment and skilled at managing ambiguity and complex challenges
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop scalable solutions that drive value
Strong hands-on experience with the o9 platform, and/or strong familiarity with its data model and planning architecture
Strong experience in change management and driving user adoption across global teams
Strong understanding of End-to-End Integrated Business Planning (IBP), including Merchandise Financial Planning (MFP), Demand Planning, and related functions
Experience working in Agile environments using tools like Jira and Confluence
Familiarity with integration concepts, using ETL tools or APIs for planning data flow
Ability to facilitate cross-functional collaboration across global teams, and external stakeholders with cultural sensitivity and effective communication
