About the role
- Collaborating on projects related to marketing optimization, operations, insights and data reporting, and customer experience
- Reviewing creative assets to ensure compelling guest-facing messaging
- Supporting with process efficiencies and executing optimizations
- Supporting with data reporting and gathering existing insights
- Hosting digital or in-person meetings for cross-functional team collaboration
- Preparing detailed meeting notes, agendas, and maintaining organized project records
Requirements
- You are studying in an accredited university in your 3rd or 4th year of study working towards a Bachelors degree with some retail experience
- You have a dedicated interest in recommerce, circularity, and sustainability
- You have experience on the job or in an academic setting multitasking many projects at once, with a diverse range of responsibilities, and are effectively able to adapt to changing priorities
- You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions
- You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
- You have strong communication skills and are confident distilling complex information in an easily understood, actionable way
- You effectively balance autonomy and collaboration

- You have strong computer skills (especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint)
- You are able and willing to travel (domestically and internationally)
