About the role
- Assist in developing applications using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps)
- Build and maintain workflows using Power Automate
- Support creation of dashboards and reports in Power BI
- Work on basic AI integrations (AI Builder / Copilot use cases)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and assist in solution design
- Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of applications and workflows
- Support integrations with SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and third-party systems
- Prepare technical documentation and user guides
- Provide user support and assist in deployment activities
Requirements
- Basic to hands-on experience with Power Apps
- Power Automate (Primary skill preferred)
- Power BI (basic understanding)
- Understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem
- Dataverse / basic data modelling
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and willingness to learn
- Exposure to: AI Builder / Copilot / Azure AI services
- Basic programming knowledge: JavaScript / Python / C#
- Experience with: SQL / relational databases
- Microsoft certifications: PL-900, PL-100 (preferred)
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
