About the role
- Founded in 2022, ARB Interactive is a social gaming startup redefining player experiences across North America
- Provide exceptional support to VIP players across phone, email, and text, resolving inquiries and building long-term loyalty
- Manage a dedicated portfolio of VIP players and develop strong relationships
- Support and drive promotions and initiatives to enhance player experience and retention
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the Modo.us platform products, services, and promotions
- Collaborate with internal teams to align VIP strategies with company goals
- Schedule: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM ET, Wednesday - Sunday
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- Experience in the online Social Casino or iGaming industry is highly preferred
- Minimum of 2 years in VIP Account Management, Business Development, or a similar role
- Proven ability to conduct outreach campaigns that drive engagement and growth
- Expert in player engagement, retention, and loyalty-building strategies
- Strong knowledge of social casino trends and player behavior
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
