About the role

  • Founded in 2022, ARB Interactive is a social gaming startup redefining player experiences across North America
  • Provide exceptional support to VIP players across phone, email, and text, resolving inquiries and building long-term loyalty
  • Manage a dedicated portfolio of VIP players and develop strong relationships
  • Support and drive promotions and initiatives to enhance player experience and retention
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the Modo.us platform products, services, and promotions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align VIP strategies with company goals
  • Schedule: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM ET, Wednesday - Sunday

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
  • Experience in the online Social Casino or iGaming industry is highly preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years in VIP Account Management, Business Development, or a similar role
  • Proven ability to conduct outreach campaigns that drive engagement and growth
  • Expert in player engagement, retention, and loyalty-building strategies
  • Strong knowledge of social casino trends and player behavior
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
