Act as the primary advocate for Aravo’s customers, championing their voice and translating their needs and pain points into a clear product strategy.
Develop and own the product roadmap and backlog, using data, user research, and market insights to drive prioritization and alignment.
Work closely with support, customer success, engineering, UX, sales, and other teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing optimization; communicate the product vision and strategy with clarity and empathy.
Actively leverage and experiment with AI tools to increase effectiveness and speed; identify new ways to leverage emerging technologies.
Use a data-informed approach to define detailed requirements and drive quantifiable improvements for customers and the business.
Provide guidance and mentorship to other product managers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and customer obsession.
Identify and pursue new product and packaging opportunities to drive growth and market leadership.
Work directly with stakeholders and customers to understand the highest impact enhancements for a diverse user base.
Collaborate with PMs across integrations, user experience, platform services, and sustaining teams.
Be a key member of a small, agile team working with the VP of Product Management to develop product roadmaps and drive execution.
Travel: 10%-20%.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of product management experience with B2B SaaS products, ideally working with Enterprise customers.
Proven track record of successfully delivering products with large user populations and a high degree of system configurability.
Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and a history of translating solution-first requests into user-centric problem statements.
Comfortable using AI tools in your daily work and innately curious about new technologies and their practical application; prior experience working on AI-powered products is a plus.
A history of using application data (metrics, logs, reporting) to drive prioritization and make informed decisions.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Experience with agile methodologies and the full product development lifecycle.
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Productboard.
Bonus: Experience with legacy monolith system transitions; working closely with customer success/experience teams aligning product outcomes to customer satisfaction/retention KPIs; passion for digging into large backlogs to drive rationalization, prioritization, and refinement; experience working on “100 to 1000”-stage products and scaling existing systems.
