About the role
- Cash Handling & Banking Tasks
- Till Checks
- Maintaining site floats
- Change ordering
- Preparing and editing documents like sales reports, memo emails and invoices on the company databases and handling data entry tasks on sales platforms
- Answering the phone to suppliers, staff & client
- Providing support with addressing customer complaints or issues forwarded electronically
- Maintaining a professional office environment and managing office space
- Ensuring efficient and effective administrative information and assistance
- Managing the set up and presentation of daily menus for all units, digitally on screens & paper format
- Placing orders
- Assisting with end of month stock take and stock transfers
- Assisting with daily provisions of allergen recipes
- Printing of Allergen product labels
- Printing grab & go labels for food items
- Supporting onsite management with daily / weekly / monthly admin tasks
Requirements
- IT competent
- Cash handling knowledge
- Strong communication skills
