About the role
- Responsible for providing overall vision, planning, direction, and control to assigned units
- Execute General Management program focusing on growth, cost, and productivity
- Frequent travel to client sites throughout the district is expected

Requirements
- Proven leadership experience, typically acquired over 5-10 years
- P&L responsibility of $50M+ within the hospitality, retail, or food and beverage industries
- Bachelor’s degree is generally required; advanced degree preferred
- Established communication and teamwork skills
- Proven experience leading large, cross-functional teams
