💰 $70,000 - $75,000 per year

About the role

  • Lead custodial operations and supervise, train and direct the custodial associates.
  • Reports to and supports the Custodial Manager Senior or Facility Director in achieving objectives and client expectations.
  • Trains employees on proper and safe use of all equipment and chemicals.
  • Ensure safety moment and safety training are completed on a daily and/or weekly basis.
  • Review, edit, and approve timecards in Time Keeping System.

Requirements

  • Must be physically able to lift, lower, carry, push, and pull objects up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods of time.
  • Should be able to squat, kneel, and crouch frequently.
  • Ability to work primarily indoors, however, outdoor work to support the team may be necessary in any weather condition.
