💰 $90,000 - $110,000 per year
About the role
- Manage daily accounting operations, including journal entries, GL reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and fixed assets
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and internal controls
- Direct monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
- Lead and support external audits and internal audits
- Prepare and present ad hoc financial reports
Requirements
- Minimum three -five years’ experience leading day-to-day accounting
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred
- CPA or CMA certification preferred
- Firm understanding of GAAP
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience in Food, Retail, or Hospitality industries preferred
- Ability to travel 10-20% of the time
