About the role

  • Maintain a high quality guest and employee experience
  • Lead a team in areas of maintenance, guest service, and administration
  • Work closely with various departments including Sales, Marketing & Special Events
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, expenses, and supplies
  • Supervision of all boat rental, marina store, & fuel dock employees
  • Approve requisitions for supplies, equipment, and personnel
  • Support safety initiatives and meet OSHA targets
  • Develop and maintain strong interdepartmental relationships
  • Conduct reports on rates and inventories
  • Address employee concerns and maintain service quality

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business or related field
  • 5-7 years of hospitality management experience
  • Proficient in computer skills including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook
  • Ability to manage in a diverse hospitality environment
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage and analyze a variety of problems
  • Compliance knowledge relating to operating a fuel dock
  • P&L accountability and/or contract-managed service experience
