About the role
- Maintain a high quality guest and employee experience
- Lead a team in areas of maintenance, guest service, and administration
- Work closely with various departments including Sales, Marketing & Special Events
- Manage budgets, forecasts, expenses, and supplies
- Supervision of all boat rental, marina store, & fuel dock employees
- Approve requisitions for supplies, equipment, and personnel
- Support safety initiatives and meet OSHA targets
- Develop and maintain strong interdepartmental relationships
- Conduct reports on rates and inventories
- Address employee concerns and maintain service quality
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business or related field
- 5-7 years of hospitality management experience
- Proficient in computer skills including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook
- Ability to manage in a diverse hospitality environment
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to manage and analyze a variety of problems
- Compliance knowledge relating to operating a fuel dock
- P&L accountability and/or contract-managed service experience
