About the role
- Responsible for ensuring the quality of Aramark’s products and services meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Focus on developing team members and increasing customer service quality.
- Implement best practices across all levels.
- Maintain and follow all wage & hour compliance for local employees.
- Conduct all required new hire paperwork and maintain employee files.
- Coordinate payroll functions and check distribution.
- Develops and maintains client relationships to grow base business.
- Accountable for business reviews and key interactions with key clients.
- Reviews and analyzes business performance using plan data to recommend decisions.
- Responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and counseling staff.
- Ensure daily operations are maintained as scheduled.
Requirements
- At least five years’ experience in operations management in a related field.
- Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- High energy level communicated to the team.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communications skills (both verbal and written).
- Ability to lead in a diverse environment with a focus on client and guest service.
- Candidates must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
