💰 $25 - $28 per hour

About the role

  • Support the employee lifecycle for an estimated 600 hourly employees across 5 properties
  • Assist with the day-to-day HR operations
  • Support recruiting and onboarding
  • Help maintain employee files and systems
  • Serve as a reliable first point of contact for employee questions
  • Use various modes of communication to help employee questions
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Provide back-up support for scheduling and payroll
  • Facilitate new hire orientation and return to work orientation sessions
  • Maintain organized employee files, HRIS records and compliance documentation
  • Work with the greater HR team to provide event/game day HR support
  • Support the planning, developing and implementation of employee engagement activities
  • Help cultivate an environment of continuous improvement through process refinement and collaboration

Requirements

  • 1-2 years in Human Resources preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and planning skills
  • Strong English verbal/written communication skills
  • A high level of guest service
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Familiar with HRIS and/or accounting software
