About the role
- Responsible for Market Center's product inventory, purchasing, receiving, and distribution of products
- Manages warehouse team by coordinating, coaching, and performance management
- Achieves financial objectives by managing key metrics, identifying opportunities, and developing action plans
- Ensures prompt, pleasant and complete service to internal and external contacts needing product or information
- Provides and supports safety leadership in the Market Center
Requirements
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in warehouse or related operations
- Prior experience with direct reports including hiring, coaching, and developing talent.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills
