About the role

  • Oversee all day-to-day service delivery across Catering, Cleaning, Mess Management, and FM support services
  • Lead and develop the on-site management team
  • Ensure compliance and service excellence
  • Maintain strong relationships with the client, DIO, and military stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ management experience in hospitality, FM, defence, or a similar environment
  • Strong leadership skills with proven experience developing teams
  • Solid fiscal management, including P&L and budgeting
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders
  • Full UK driving licence
  • The role requires full security clearance which also requires a minimum 5-year UK residence and work history
